H Club Guidelines & Rule Book (Club Charter)
Introduction
H Club is Herel Play’s exclusive membership club for Nigeria’s future Fortune 500 leaders. Members enjoy unparalleled luxury, privacy, and networking opportunities, connecting with a vibrant community of business leaders, government officials, and key influencers in the social sector. This Club Charter outlines the essential guidelines and rules that ensure a respectful, inclusive, and harmonious environment for all members.
Section 1: Membership Responsibilities
1.1 General Conduct
All members are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, respect, and professionalism in all club activities and interactions. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Violation of these principles may lead to suspension or termination of membership.
1.2 Confidentiality and Privacy
H Club prides itself on discretion. All members must respect the privacy of fellow members and the confidentiality of discussions within the club. Media interactions, photos, or recordings that infringe on the privacy of other members are strictly prohibited unless pre-approved by the H Club management team. Members are expected to respect personal space and maintain the club’s exclusive, private atmosphere.
1.3 Guest Policy
Members are allowed to bring guests, but the number of guests and the level of access vary by membership tier. Guest privileges must be confirmed with the concierge in advance to maintain exclusivity.
- Tier 1: Legacy Members can issue up to 5 guest accesses daily.
- Tier 2: Individual Members can issue 1 guest access daily, but can unlock more with Bvndle Coins.
- Tier 3: Corporate Members can include up to 5 executives or team members in their membership package.
Section 2: Membership Tiers & Privileges
2.1 Tier 1: Legacy Building Membership
Responsibilities: Members of this tier are expected to onboard at least 3 corporate members annually, playing a key role in influencing the direction of H Club.
Privileges: Full access to all facilities, including VIP lounges, priority booking for events, and invitations to exclusive leadership summits and retreats.
2.2 Tier 2: Individual Membership
Responsibilities: Individual members must engage in at least 3 club activities or events per quarter, fostering a culture of involvement.
Privileges: Access to all facilities, fitness and wellness programs, and invitations to business networking events and personal development workshops.
2.3 Tier 3: Corporate Membership
Responsibilities: Corporate members are encouraged to support their executives in utilizing the club’s offerings, including participation in club activities and networking sessions.
Privileges: Full access to all facilities for executives, including private meeting rooms and participation in leadership development programs and exclusive networking events.
Section 3: Facilities Usage Guidelines
3.1 Sports and Wellness Facilities
All members must book facilities (tennis courts, fitness areas, pools, etc.) through the concierge in advance. Walk-in access is subject to availability. Proper attire is required for all sports activities, and members are expected to maintain the facilities in excellent condition.
3.2 Dining and Entertainment Areas
H Club offers exclusive dining experiences. Reservations are highly recommended, especially during peak hours. Members are encouraged to support sustainable practices, such as minimizing waste and using eco-friendly products.
3.3 Meeting and Event Spaces
Meeting and event spaces are available for business purposes or private functions, with corporate and legacy members receiving priority booking. The club’s concierge will assist with special requests, such as catering or AV equipment.
Section 4: Membership Fees and Renewals
4.1 Annual Fees
- Tier 1: Legacy Building Membership – Annual fee required for active status.
- Tier 2: Individual Membership – N2 million annual fee.
- Tier 3: Corporate Membership – N5 million annual fee.
4.2 Payment Schedules
Fees are due upon renewal of membership. A late fee may apply for delayed payments, which can result in suspension of membership privileges until cleared.
Section 5: Event Participation
5.1 Attendance at Exclusive Events
H Club organizes various events throughout the year, including leadership retreats, wellness workshops, and networking galas. Members are expected to participate regularly to maintain an active presence within the community. Invitations to these events are non-transferable.
5.2 Hosting and Sponsorships
Members interested in hosting events or becoming sponsors must contact club management. Sponsorship provides an opportunity for brand visibility within our elite network of members.
Section 6: Conflict Resolution
6.1 Reporting Issues
Any concerns or disputes must be reported to H Club management. The club prioritizes maintaining a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment.
6.2 Disciplinary Actions
Violations of club rules may result in penalties, including temporary suspension or termination of membership. Disciplinary decisions will be made by the club’s review committee.
